It’s impossible not to smile when you open up a cheery little box like this!
The first items included in this month’s box were Bush’s Best Black Bean Dip and Nutiva Coconut Oil and Coconut Butter. I am not a huge fan of coconuts or beans, but I recognize Bush’s Best as an established and trusted brand and was impressed with the clean and aesthetic packaging of the Nutiva products.
Next up was a d e l i c i o u s bag full of Black & White Drizzlecorn from Popcorn, Indiana. There was popcorn from this brand included in a box a few months ago (and it was amazing). While reviewing this past box, I learned that Popcorn, Indiana is truly a real place!
Here is yet another coconut item! Pearson’s Candy Company created these Coconut Patties (minis) and Mint Patties. As I said earlier in this review and throughout my blog, I just don’t like coconuts. I have some very lucky friends that have been scoring my coconut goodies though and they have given everything two thumbs up! The mint patties were very yummy and quite similar to a York Peppermint Patty. They were also gluten free, which is definitely a bonus.
These Grand Belgian Specialties Assorted Praline Chocolates are absolutely exquisite. The perfect desert to be paired with a drink and a cozy movie night with a friend. This would make an awesome gift as well.
Next on the list we had Tuxedo Trail Mix from Wholesome Goodness and Organic Chickpea Lentil Mac & Cheese (Classic Cheddar). I wasn’t able to easily figure out what all the little bites are in the Goodness Tuxedo Mix, but it was absolutely delicious! It reminded me of s’mores. The chickpea mac & cheese looks super yummy! I love that chickpeas are a great vegetarian source of protein.
The Bauducco Mini Panettone cake is described as “moist and fresh”, and looks a bit like a fruitcake? I am not a huge fan of that sort of thing, but it would make a nice gift! Maybe a white elephant gift?
Last but not least: there were four little PopCorners Kettle Corn packages. These were very yummy: a weird combination between chips and popcorn.
Overall I was happy with this month’s box. The new packaging is absolutely adorable: so fresh and fun! Do you want to get in on the action? Check out my past reviews here, here, and here. Also, be sure to take a look at Degustabox’s website, Facebook, and Instagram.
